Instructions. 4 parts. 1) Slide the cover over the back section and join the Velcro at the bottom of the seat. 2) Seat base, position on seat And push flap through to the back of seat. Take straps from front under seat to buckles at rear and connect and tighten. 3) Slide armrest covers on. 4) This cover has a cut out for the weight adjustment knob on front side of seat.
