The following observations were made regarding this item: * Still has a new look. Looks clean but has three small spots of a shiny sticky like substance on the front. These spots are about center on the front over to the right side. Not certain but these spots may come off in a good cleaning. Likely was tried on. May have been worn briefly. * No defects found or other problems found.
