NWT in perfect condition other than the zipper it’s missing the little metal piece to allow the zipper to go up but that should be an easy fix and if it you don’t usually zip up your jackets you don’t have to worry about fixing it. Italian Size 40 which I Believe is a US 4 but please do research on sizing. I’m a large and it fits me very snug, a medium might be able to get away with it but I think most comfortable fit would be a small. It is heavy. Great quality. Price is a steal!!!
