Constructed with durable nylon fabric and straps, the Bionic Speed-Wrap Ankle uses figure-8 strapping to stabilize the heel and ankle for support without affecting the range of motion. The circumferential top strap delivers extra compression to help stabilize the ankle and secure the laces. Designed as a low-profile ankle brace, the Speed-Wrap Ankle is universal and can be worn on the left or right foot. InstructionsLoosen straps and laces. Then slide your foot into the brace, making sure the tongue is on top of the foot. Pull the bottom speed-lace strap tab across the top of the foot and secure it on the opposite side of the ankle. Next, pull the top speed-lace strap tab across the top of the foot and secure it to the opposite side of the ankle. Take the outer strap and wrap it over the forefoot, under the arch, and pull and attach the strap up the outside of the ankle to your desired tension. Then take the inner strap and wrap it over the forefoot, under the arch, and pull and attach it up the inside of the ankle to the desired tension. Straps should form a “X” over the top of the foot. Pull the top circumference straps toward the front of the ankle, over the laces, and then secure it. Remove the medial/lateral stays as needed for a more custom level of support.
