From the Faber-Castell FE3000/3010 series.
This model, known as a lightweight drafting classic, was a Japan-exclusive product and was not widely distributed in general stationery stores at the time of sale, but mainly sold in art supply stores, making it very minor.
As it is no longer in production, only remaining stock of certain lead sizes are circulating, with 0.5mm red and green and 0.9mm green already depleted. Due to the aforementioned circumstances, it is extremely hard to come by.
Due to its rarity, it is trading for around 10,000 yen in overseas markets.

Stock has been found, and is now being released for sale.
It became a topic of conversation when used by Naoki Urasawa on Manben.
