Purchased at the boutique last July. (The third image is a picture from when I purchased it.)
I used it for about a month, but I stopped using it after purchasing a trifold wallet from the same brand, so I have stored it in a place away from direct sunlight.
There are no noticeable stains or tears, but there are some loose threads as shown in the image. You should be able to cut them with scissors without any problems.
There is some wear and tear as I had cards in the slots. However, they are not loose enough to fall out when turned upside down.
