This was in a box of dept.56 items I recently acquired. This is a rare piece and I wish it was perfect. Unfortunately, I do not have the sleeve. The Styrofoam is intact. Also, after viewing some photos online, it looks like the post for the hanging basket has been swapped out. The piece fits in the hole and came in the package but doesn't look the same as the one I saw on the photo on the other site. I have thoroughly examined the piece and see no cracks or chips. It does come with the cord and bulb and will be shipped with the utmost care.
