From Richmond, Virginia, D'Angelo emerged as a flag-bearer of R&B and neo-soul for the hip-hop generation, and remains a singer with deep-rooted popularity and influence. This is a UK-only 12" cut from his 2nd album, "VOODOO." The US version featured the hip-hop flavored, mid-tempo funk masterpiece "LEFT & RIGHT" on the A-side, featuring the then-immensely popular METHOD MAN & REDMAN. However, the EU version features the soulful and wonderful mid-to-slow jam "UNTITLED (HOW DOES IT FEEL)" (co-written with RAPHAEL SAADIQ) on the A-side, along with the masterpiece remix of "ME AND THOSE DREAMIN' EYES OF MINE (DEF SQUAD MIX)" from his 1st album "BROWN SUGAR" (remixed by ERICK SERMON), and the key track of this record, a superb cover of ROY AYERS' "EVERYBODY LOVES THE SUNSHINE" (unreleased on the album, and only included on this EU and UK 12" versions)!! There was no US 12" cut with this content.
