  • Our Da Hong Pao tea is produced in the Wuyi Mountain area of Fujian Province. The tea trees are rooted in the crevices of the red sandstone that has been weathered for thousands of years. The temperature difference between day and night exceeds 12℃, and the average annual number of cloudy and foggy days exceeds 180. Make the tea leaves inherently possess a "rocky charm" base color - the leaves are thick and plump, and after brewing, the leaf bases unfurl.
  • The traditional Da Hong Pao tea needs to go through "three rounds of roasting" : initial roasting to lock in the aroma, secondary roasting to enhance the flavor, and stewing to blend the flavor. Place the tea leaves over the longan charcoal fire and use the "slow roasting over low heat" technique to create a triple variation of caramel aroma, orchid aroma and peach aroma.
  • Dry tea: The aroma of ripe fruits is mingled with the scent of charcoal fire, reminiscent of the bountiful harvest on an autumn drying ground. The tea soup tastes like drinking lava when entering the mouth, and the aftertaste gives off a faint woody aroma.
  • Warming the cup: Steam rises, giving off a faint fragrance of orchids, like the sudden blooming of orchids in a secluded valley. First infusion: The aroma of caramel and honey interweaves. Middle infusion: The fragrance of orchids gradually emerges, carrying the cold and refreshing feeling of a mountain stream spring. The base note: The woody aftertaste is sweet with a hint of milk aroma, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.
  • Choose a white porcelain covered bowl with a capacity of 110ml to match 8g of tea. Pour water at 100℃ along the inner wall of the bowl in a circular motion, avoiding direct pouring over the tea leaves. The first brew should be poured out after 20 seconds, and each subsequent infusion should be steeped by 5 seconds. It can be steeped multiple times in a row. The semi-fermented feature of "green leaves with red edges" can still be seen after the leaf base has unfurled.
