Next, the steel security cable locks into one of the 3 slots on the plate with an included key, anchoring your tablet to a table leg or other permanent fixture at the other end. The cable can also be looped to this kit’s metal stand base, which itself can mount to your desk, tabletop, or counter via holes at the base. This metal stand base supports your tablet in landscape or portrait orientations and is outfitted with a cutout to allow access to your device's charge port. The stand also features no-slip, No-scratch padding within its lip and on its underside.
