CRL P7932 Screen Jig Set

The CRL Screen Table Jig Set is designed to support accurate and consistent window screen fabrication by helping keep the frame square and preventing bowing during assembly. The set includes six extruded aluminum jig bars—three stationary bars and three floater bars—that work together to hold screen frames securely in place. One stationary bar is sized for the short end of the table, while two additional bars join end-to-end with the included steel splice to form the long side. The kit also contains twelve 3/4" jig clips. After mounting the two stationary bars, the clips can be positioned along both sides to match the required screen size. Additional clips slide onto the floater bars, and the frame is placed so that all twelve clips engage the screen profile. By positioning clips at each end and one in the center of each bar, the jig helps maintain straight, uniform alignment throughout the fabrication process. Extra jig clips are available separately for 3/4" and 1" screen frame systems
