The CRL Screen Table Jig Set is designed to assist in fabricating window screens by keeping the frame square and preventing bow-in. The set includes six extruded aluminum jig bars, three stationary and three floaters. One stationary bar measures 42 inches (1.06 m) for the short side of the table, while two longer bars are joined end to end with an included steel splice to cover the 96-inch (2.44 m) length of the table. The kit also contains twelve 3/4-inch (19 mm) jig clips, which secure the screen frame to the jig bars. When arranged correctly, the clips hold the frame firmly in position, ensuring straight alignment during assembly. Additional jig clips are available in sizes to fit 3/4-inch (19 mm) or 1-inch (25 mm) screen frames. This set provides consistent support and accuracy for screen frame assembly in residential or commercial applications.
