High capacity, factory balanced refrigeration system that maintains a temperature range of 33°F to 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C). Ideal for all fresh foods.
- PROFFESSIONAL GRADE DOORS: This model of sandwich/salad prep table has been designed with 2 heavy duty doors. The hinged double doors boast heavy duty spring hinges. You can be sure that cold air will stay in the prep table even if a door is accidentally left open, since the self-closing door will automatically shut. These swing doors are also uniquely designed with a 90 degree hold open feature to make loading easy and efficient.
- SUPERIOR INSULATION: This stainless steel cabinet of this prep table has been designed with a stainless steel interior and stainless steel floor. This ensures proper insulation and temperature control, which can be electronically adjusted so that all items remain at their ideal temperature. The foamed-in-place polyurethane features high-density cell insulation that is always 100% CFC Free. The lid is also insulated to maintain better cooling.
