This is a Comme des Garçons pullover blouse.

The sleeves, created with slits, give it a unique form, and despite its simple design, it's a very stylish piece.
The hem has elastic and a ribbon, creating gathers.

The sleeves are made with slits, and the front is about a five-分 sleeve (around the elbow), while the back is about a seven-分 sleeve (below the elbow).

There are no noticeable stains, but the ends of the ribbon are cut off, so there is some fraying.
