Chemseal 401-0280 is a pre-mixed vinyl sanding sealer, offering clear results and resistance to moisture. It's a single-component, swift-drying product with superior sanding capabilities, ideal for applications where strong adhesion is crucial.
- Apply 3-5 mils wet on sanded surface
- Wait 60 minutes at minimum 20°C before topcoating
- Sand with 280/320 grit paper before applying topcoat
- Apply topcoat within 8 hours of sanding Chemseal
- Mix Chemseal with catalyst and reducers as directed
- Agitate Chemseal constantly for consistent product
- Avoid contact with metal surfaces
- Uncatalyzed: Use topcoats 431-90XX or 431-98XX
- Catalyzed: Overcoat with 421-55XX, 421-63XX, 421-72XX, 482-3XX, or 635-0XX
- Sealer's maximum dry film build: 1 mil
- System's maximum dry film build: 4 mils
- Cure completely at >18°C and <65% relative humidity
- Avoid ammonia vapors during drying
- Do not clean finished surface with ammonia-based products
