It easily adjusts higher or lower to accommodate everyone in the family. The shower head itself moves in all directions. Mounts easily on a standard 1/2 inch shower pipe or order a 2" pipe nipple for a flush mount installation. With the flow restrictor left in, the maximum flow rate is 2.5 gpm @ 80 psi.
