The 2407 Series represents a refined evolution of our classic CHOP2 — lighter, stronger, and more suitable for everyday carry (EDC). Building on the foundation of the 2405, the 2407 features a completely redesigned handle structure. Crafted from fully CNC-machined 7075 aluminum alloy, the frame eliminates the traditional backspacer. Instead, the handle itself integrates this function, forming a seamless, two-piece construction. This advanced process is more complex to produce, but it results in superior strength and structural stability. Fewer components mean tighter tolerances and higher reliability. To further enhance handling comfort and portability, we’ve introduced internal weight-reduction cutouts within the aluminum body. The result is a knife that feels remarkably light in hand yet maintains exceptional balance and durability — a perfect blend of engineering precision and everyday practicality.

Although this process is more complicated, it brings better structural stability. The fewer parts, the more stable. We also made a weight-reducing structure inside the aluminum alloy.
