This is a Champion sweatshirt.

Although I can't say for sure because the tag is missing...

It feels strongly of cotton and has a unique dry touch, and the cuffs are also a bit long...
It's likely a US-spec (USA-only/American-only distribution) single-color blue tag (S149) from around that era.

This is recommended for those who appreciate the "small differences" in casual sweatshirts!
The print design and color scheme are, of course, excellent, and the silhouette is also well-balanced, creating an outstanding atmosphere!
