It is designed to reinforce the Center Pole Sleeve near the top 20% of the net where the center-post rests and often times wears through causing the net to sag and become unpredictable, not to mention losing its USAPA specified height requirement. **Can be used before -or- after installation of our Center Post Repair Kit**.
