Thanks to the industrial grade webbing we use, this collar is water resistant (not waterproof) and will not break down under UV Rays. MAX Comfort We've lined the inside of this collar with neoprene padding; adding an extra layer of reinforcement and comfort for your dog. We use the same water and odor resistant neoprene used in professional scuba diving wetsuits. Stainless Steel Hardware Our commercial grade stainless steel buckle is nearly indestructible and resists corrosion in even the harshest of environments. Our D-Ring is stainless steel as well.
