Cables To Go TruLink VGA+3. 5mm Audio+RS232 over Cat5 Box Transmitter 29378 Video Consoles & Extenders. The 4-Port VGA+3. 5mm Audio+RS232 over Cat5 Box Transmitter, when used in conjunction with receivers (29371, 29373, 29376 or 29379 - NOT INCLUDED), allows you to extend a VGA, 3. 5mm audio, and RS232 signal over two Cat5/Cat5e/Cat6 cables to up to four connected monitors. Up to sixteen monitors can be connected by daisy-chaining receivers. This system can extend a signal up to 300/500ft (depending on receiver used) without signal degradation at 1920x1200 or 1920x1080 resolutions. This solution is compatible with any operating system and is truly plug and play with no drivers or software required. The receivers (not included) come in either wall plate or box form factors and are interoperable allowing you to choose the form factors that are best suited for the application.
