Both are on BOSCH pedestals. Machines were purchased new and work well with no issues. Originally, a matched set of SIEMENS, but the washer was damaged. External housing was not a repair part so we reached out to BOSCH for help. They sent us a new washer It's a BOSCH labeled unit not SIEMENS as they no longer existed. The one we had was no longer available so they sent a newer, upgraded model. This is why they look the same, but not the same. The plastic control panel on the washer has been cracked for some time, but doesn't affect operation at all and no idea how it happened.
The washer model number is WFMC6401UC/03, the dryer model number is WTXD8500UC.
