This 4.75-gallon Driveaseal Asphalt Emulsion Driveway Coating is a good-grade, economical, and durable water-based sealer. It's ideal for restoring the black finish to asphalt surfaces in good condition, providing approximately 60-75 sqft of coverage per gallon. Avoid using it on concrete, flagstone, or brick. Apply when temperatures are between 65 and 90 degrees, and ensure no rain or heavy dew is expected within 24 hours. Keep it from freezing, mix well, and apply with a brush or squeegee in two thin coats. It cleans up easily with soap and water and comes with a 1-year limited warranty.
