Seven inch vinyl pressing. It's not often you stumble upon a 9 piece soul band who were so close to signing a deal with MCA's new subsidiary label, Source Records, but group politics and other factors got in the way and the band shelved what music they had recorded. No reels surfaced but fortunately a member had kept some of those 1978 recordings. Between The Two seemed to fuse great soul compositions without the dirge of the disco era circa 1978. With well thought out lyrics backed by keys, trumpets and a driving bassline, we really are pleased to add the group to the Super Disco Edit roster.
