Only been opened to display the contents but we did not touch or move the contents. 100% unused, brand new. We bought it on accident really because our dog is only 8.7 pounds so we had to try several to get what we felt was small enough, and many would have worked but we were picky on being extremely small. All of them are small that are made now but when your fur baby doesn't reach 10 lbs then it is challenging to find a lot of normal dog items. We buy many cat toys and other items for such a tiny dog lol. We also always wanted a harmless, yet effective system that was a higher end product so all were really nice and this one was one of the best we bought that I remember wishing would be approved by my better half because just reading the box I could easily see it had everything you want in a great system and more for the price and we got it on sale which is what we will list it at.
