Vintage rare silver Art Deco silver cuff links marked S. & S. are in excellent condition. The etched cuff links have a monogram or other design in the middle front side with a similar etched background design and border on the backside. The hinged back allows one side to lay flat to slide through the buttonhole. The cuff links come in a blue velvet presentation box from Marcus & Goldberg of Nashville, Tenn. Sykes and Sandberg began their fine jewelry making in 1899 in Attleboro, Mass., ceasing operations between 1910-1940. They were known for their excellent quality solid gold and silver topped jewelry. These cuff links are only marked S. & S., but they appear to be silver topped. They have only been cleaned with a silver cloth.
