100% polyester. Machine wash. Wind resistant. Water resistant. Breathable. Therma Lock coating keeps body temperature cool. Therma tech insulation provides warmth and comfort. Zip front closure with velcro strap at the top. It should have 2 hooks but they are missing. Not sure why as these have never been worn. The velcro keeps them closed. I only noticed when checking for fabric/car tag. I'm sure they could be replaced. They have front fleece lining zip pockets. Wide belt loops. Side velcro straps to adjust waist. Front ring. The cuffs have 3 snaps. Size L. Laying flat seam to seam they measure 17 1/2" across at the waist band. 30 1/2" inseam, 11 1/2" rise. I ship same or next business day.
