EXTREMELY RARE - Top reads “Alphabetical Toy Panorama copyright ??86”. The barrel shaped toy is 3 1/2” tall. The rolled up linen cloth is a continuous panorama of 26 pictures A-Z. Please zoom in on photos for a greater appreciation of the vivid colors preserved for 134 years. It appears when this toy was made, the linen cloth was pieced together in two sections (see last photo). Section 1 consists of letters A - M and section 2 consists of letters N - Z. In between letters M and N is a glued section (seam) that unless one is very careful in either extending or winding up of the linen cloth, the seam could catch on the barrels’ opening slot. Still calling this toy as being in excellent working condition. Two photos near the end of my listing show an auction result (date unknown) for $650 and a current eBay listing for $520. Compare conditions to mine. A MUST buy for avid antique toy collectors. Price in 1886 - 25 cents. Questions welcomed. Serious offers only.
