Over the past 30 years, I have consciously worked on myself to heal. As a grandchild of the German war generation, I was born into dysfunctional family structures, shaped by covert narcissism and emotional dependence. I have a very high level of consciousness. I feel deeper, I think further, and I perceive more intensely than others. On the internet, I came across the term «Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)» which I can identify with.I did not always know what I wanted. But I always knew what I did not want. Change is a complex process. This book delves into my eventful life, my various phases of transformation, and my changing world of thoughts and feelings. It shows how I was able to free myself from destructive impulses, dysfunctional behavioral patterns and trauma bonds through the development of a soul-caring mind.When I was about 13 years old, I began to consciously analyze myself. Throughout my life, I processed my thoughts and feelings as needed in short stories, prose and journals. I have included excerpts from these in this book.
