The FLUSH GENIE is a fully customizable automatic flush device for urinals and toilets. Its intelligent design lets you switch between sensor-activated and timer-controlled modes. In SENSOR mode, the unit emits an infrared beam that detects users on a urinal or toilet, triggering an automatic flush when they leave. The unit features an electronic push button for a courtesy flush option. In TIMER mode, it transforms most urinals into water-efficient fixtures by regulating daily flushes, programmable at intervals of 30 minutes, 1, 2, or 3 hours. The unit enters SLEEP mode if no user is detected within 135 minutes since the last use, preventing flushes while the facility is closed. A mechanical manual flush override, using the provided MANUAL FLUSH KEY, enables custodial staff to flush the unit manually at any time (note: the electronic push button is disabled in TIMER mode).
