This item is unused, but McQueen's accessories have a unique antique finish, and the surface originally has inconsistencies in color and scratches (see disk image reference).
Discoloration is present:
Since it has been stored without use, the gold on the skull and the clasp has discolored to a silver or blackish tone.
The leather part is in good condition.
The larger discolored skull can be removed, allowing you to use it as a simpler leather bracelet with just the disk.
