The Ace #15 FATnSTRONG Roofing Fasteners are designed to be used with Ace Screws Insulation and Membrane Plates to secure rigid insulation, base sheet, EPDM, TPO, PVC, to steel or wood structural decks. Fasteners ranging in length from 3” to 14” are available to meet a variety of commercial roofing applications. Method of Application: Using the #3 Phillips tip provided, and a variable speed drill, engage the fastener into the deck as noted below. Do not over or under drive the fastener. Threads must engage the decking material per Technical Specifications. Determine screw length as follows: a. Steel Decks: Select fastener length to penetrate through the deck a minimum of 3 ⁄ 4" (19.1 mm). b. Wood Decks: Select fastener length to penetrate into or through the deck a minimum of 1" (25.4 mm). Ace #15 Fasteners may not work as expected through existing roof systems or unusual substrates. Storage: Store in original, unopened packaging protected from the weather Precautions: Eye protection must be worn during the insulation of the fasteners

• FM APPROVED: Ace Screws Fasteners are FM Approved and being continually tested with 3rd party independent testing facilities to ensure quality and consistency.
• APPLICATION: Install fasteners using a variable speed screw gun (0-2500 RPM) using a #3 Phillips tip that is provided. Engage the fastener into metal or wood decking. Threads must penetrate the decking material per technical specifications. Do not over or under drive the fastener. Our fasteners may not work as expected through existing roof systems or unusual substrates.
• SPECS: Ace Screws #15 3” (76.2 mm) fasteners are manufactured using SAE 1022 Heat Treated Steel. The thread length on our 3” fasteners is the full length of the screw, there are 1,000pc per bucket, and each bucket of 1,000 weighs 33 lbs
• Store in the original, unopened packaging protected from the weather. Caution: eye protection must be worn during the installation of the fasteners.
