Patent-pending - engineered with integrated blowers and motors to reduce installation time without the hassle of fans on the roof. The side mounted louver prevents unwanted elements, such as rain, water, dirt, and debris, from entering your food concession trailer.All equipment is made in the USA and ensured to pass local city and state codes. Commercial range hood system is UL lists and NSF and NFPA96 approved. Hood system comes with 6’ x 40” low box integrated concession hood with single exhaust louver, filters and stainless steel grease cup, integrated blower and motor, factory mounted grease duct with louver, 2 full length hanging rails, and 23” x 23” side curtains. Built in 6” air gap (available with zero clearance insulation). 1” ceiling enclosure built into top of hood.Constructed from industrial quality 430 18-gauge stainless steel with all joints welded liquid tight without seams. Grease trough receives grease extracted by the included filters. Each grease trough is equipped with a stainless grease cup to catch grease. Grease filters are 20” baffle type.
