It's designed for standard and DLX crazy carts, not XL, and requires a 48V lithium battery setup. You can add our new TG standard cart brake kit too. Enjoy a 6-month warranty on TG battery and motor upgrade kits, but remember, any modification to wiring voids the warranty. This kit offers speeds up to 30mph, with the lighter the rider, the faster you go. The new motor delivers impressive torque in low and midrange, outperforming its 900w counterpart. It's less 'coggy', providing a smoother take-off while maintaining high torque. Ride time is approximately 1.5-2 hours. The kit includes a Taxi Garage fork, 1100W motor, lower gear, chain, tensioner, wiring harness, speed controller, battery, charger, and all necessary hardware. It's pre-wired for clean installation on standard-size crazy carts. The 48V battery is enclosed in a tough 3D printed ABS plastic box with three mounting points for secure attachment. Custom colored fork and battery box are available upon request. Please note, no warranty is provided if you use your own battery or exceed 220lbs. This kit is not compatible with Red frame CCs that have batteries in the back. Using your own battery voids the warranty on the motor and controller. The kit includes everything needed for a plug-and-play conversion, reusing your front axle bolt, spacers, and front wheel. Tire recommendations include knobby air tires and CST Street Directional tires. Firming up your grip at the 10 o'clock position can help with any steering shake issues.
