3M Primer 94 can be used in a wide variety of applications. It was developed to be used in conjunction with 3M VHB tapes to increase the bonding strength of the tape. It has become a popular tool to assist in applying automotive vinyl wraps. Will increase the bond between vinyl wraps and nearly anything where a strong, durable bond is required.
