Ace Screws plates are designed to be used with Ace Screws #12, #15 Fasteners, or other fasteners to secure rigid insulation, base sheet, EPDM, TPO, and PVC to steel or wood structural decks. Plate sizes include 3" Bullseye Insulation, 3" Wagon Wheel Insulation, 2-3/8" Barbed Seam, and 2" Seam Plates to meet a variety of commercial roofing applications. Ace Screws roofing plates are continually being tested with 3rd party independent testing facilities to ensure quality. Storage: Store in original, unopened packaging protected from the weather. Precautions: Eye protection must be worn during the installation of the fasteners.

• TESTING: Ace Screws Fasteners and Plates are being continually tested with 3rd party independent testing facilities to ensure quality. Our 3” Wagon Wheel Plate has a pull test of 578 Ibf and after 120 hours, the average red rust is less than 0.25%.
• APPROVALS: Ace Screws 3" Wagon Wheel Plates are approved by many of the major material manufacturers to be utilized in full system warranties. Check with your material manufacturers before use.
• PREPARATION: Place the insulation plate over your approved insulation/cover boards. Attach the plates to the roof deck using the appropriate Ace Screw Fastener.
