Strip the wire, pull the lever up, insert conductor and push lever down – done! The 222 Series Lever-Nuts® is WAGO's original lever-operated splicing connector for all connections requiring standard or solid wires. Make connections easy, quickly, and safely using two-, three-, and five-wire connectors. These connectors are available to accommodate 28-12 AWG wire. Opening the levers on the 222 series requires little effort. While connecting the conductor, recessed handles on the sides ensure an easy, secure grip on the connector. In addition, mounting carriers are available for every 222 Series splicing connector. Each variant can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Simply secure the carrier by snapping it onto the DIN-rail, or with screws on smooth surfaces. Flexible mounting clamps simplify both connector insertion and removal. Conductors can be conveniently connected and removed before or after inserting a connector into the carrier.
