- Specification: The turbo system leakage tester kit comprises 16 stepped adaptors, pressure gauge with shut off valve and regulator and smoke adaptor. These 16 stepped adaptors are suitable for various pipe sizes: 31 - 38mm (1 - 1/4'' - 1 - 1/2''), 46 - 51mm (1 - 7/8'' - 2''), 55 - 60mm (2 - 1/8'' - 2 - 3/8''), 65 - 70mm (2 - 1/2'' - 2 - 3/4''), 75 - 80mm (3'' - 3 - 1/8''), 85 - 90mm (3 - 3/8'' - 3 - 1/2''), 95 - 100mm (3 - 3/4'' - 4''), 105 - 110mm (4 - 1/8'' - 4 - 1/4'').
- Pressure Gauge Tester: Equipped with a 0-6 bar (0-87 psi) pressure gauge for precise measurement of the inside hose pressure, and includes a pressure regulator. Pressing the dial down locks the reading, while lifting and rotating it adjusts pressure levels. A red manual valve controls air pressure on and off. If over pressurisation, you can pull the red excess pressure release valve to reduce air pressure.
- Wide Application: This kit uses standard shop air to identify leaks in turbocharged systems. Designed for turbo systems, but can also be used for radiators, coolers, and tube/pipe assemblies. Compatible with most car and light commercial vehicle turbo systems, including a small number of heavy-duty commercial vehicles hoses and marine systems. Note: Please check if the set and stepped adapters are suitable for your vehicle model.
- Easy To Check Turbo System Leaks: Plug intake and exhaust hoses with stoppers, use regulator connect stoppers and air compressor to pressurize the turbo system, then check the gauge for pressure stability and listen for audible leaks. Note: Used with workshop comnpressed air. Before use, must pre-set the regulator to low.
