1997 Belgian Firefighter? Inner Long Vest

This is a long vest from Belgium, made in 1997.
It's from a brand that produces clothing for civil servants, and with the flame-retardant mark, it's likely an inner vest for firefighters.
The lining is brushed, with a fleece-like feel. The size is quite large, so it can be worn as an over-vest, over a jacket.
It's a simple navy color, with piping in the same color, which provides a nice accent. There's also a chest pocket on the front. I think it would look cute on women as well as men.
Personally, I find the zip interesting; it's not a double zip, but it has pulls on both sides, which I don't see very often.
The condition is deadstock. I've washed it twice since I bought it, but it's in pretty good condition.
Those who like jerkin vests will probably like the size and design.
