Works perfectly, with only mild signs of use (see photos). The battery holds a charge but of course not as long as a new one. How long it lasts depends on the temperature setting and the temp the liquid begins at, but for coffee at around 136-141 F it consistently provides at least an hour of warmth. The temperature, presets, alerts, light color, and more can be controlled through the free Ember smartphone app, though that's not required if the default temp works well for you.
