Plywood sheets are roughly 1/4" smaller on each side due to saw blade kerf during cutting. The material boasts no knots or patches on either face. To prevent warping, store sheets flat with weight on top. We utilize this material daily in our laser shop. We've discovered that the basswood core cuts cleaner and faster than MDF, enabling us to produce more in less time. Due to increased demand, we've expanded into various sizes, designed to be compatible with machines like Glowforge, XTool, K40, OMTech, Thunder, Aeon, Boss, AP Laser, Epilog, and Trotec.
